A habitual runner, Hugh applied his competitive nature to the problem of designing a sock, which instead of being a mere foot covering, would enhance the performance of runners and other athletes. At a family brainstorming session around a kitchen table, Hugh’s 15-year-old son Joe suggested the name Feetures®. A brand was born.
Today, Hugh and his sons, Joe and John, have been joined by a dedicated core of individuals driven to combine new technology with original designs to produce performance socks for athletics, activities, work and leisure. And to be the most recognized performance sock in the world.
